To make young drug users in Rotterdam aware of the impact their use on the city and far beyond, the agency 0-to-9 made this immersive website on behalf of the municipality of Rotterdam. With penetrating images and sound design provided by us you get an impression of what happens before the pill or line has arrived at the end user.
