It happened here
A serious podcast, a subtle soundtrack
It happened here | 50 places from World War II to reflect on
I happened here is a very special project, consisting of a book and a podcast series, published by WBooks. In the book, historian Ad van Liempt and photographer Rolf Baas portray 50 historical places that are connected to the Second World War in text and image.
The podcast series belonging to the book is hosted by Margriet Vroomans. Commissioned by Hiro and WBooks, SonicPicnic composed the music for the series.
Above you can listen to the trailer.
The complete podcast series can be found on Spotify and Apple Podcasts
