Technopolis – Zeekracht

Immersive experience under the water surface

Technopolis is the Flemish activity center for science and technology. A new exhibition space that will be used for immersive projects in the coming years was built here recently. In this space, images and video can be projected on all walls and floors and sound is played through a multichannel audio system. There are also many possibilities for interactivity, including the use of motion tracking cameras, touch video walls, projection tables etc.

For the first exhibition Zeekracht we produced all sounds and soundscapes, immersing you in the underwater world while learning about new sustainable technology used just above and below sea level. We created a multi-channel soundscape that emphasizes both the magical feeling of being underwater and the technological aspects of everything going on there. In addition, we designed all the sound effects for the different interactive elements in this interactive space. Image, interactivity and of course sound make Zeekracht a special exhibition that you should not miss!
